Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has personally launched a cheap cellphone called "Vergatorio," which is based on the slang word for penis. Chavez is endorsing the phone throughout his country and the world. He said, "This phone will be the biggest seller in Venezuala and the world. Whoever doesn't have a vergatorio is nothing." So you heard him folks go out and buy a Vergatorio and support communism.
